• Assessment and Audit information of your organisation as a course of providing our services. These are held in Google Workspace or Microsoft Teams/SharePoint depending on the needs of the customer.

• Upon request defensv will also store and manage audits locally to the organisation within their environment.

• In some circumstances we may collect your name, address and contact details from a third party.
